A few weeks before the start of the CHIO Aachen, the application phase for the next class of the certificate program “Equestrian Stable Management”, organized by the CHIO Aachen CAMPUS together with the RWTH International Academy, has begun. The international program offers a unique further education opportunity and started at the beginning of April with the first 17 participants from eleven nations.
Stefanie Hornig, participant of the Executive Track. She particularly enjoyed the subsequent seminars because of the personalized approach. “Speakers like Matthias Alexander Rath and Holger Hetzel meticulously addressed our questions and provided personalized answers. This course has already proven to be an excellent resource, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to fine-tune our existing systems and enhance our stable’s operations.”
Klara Rücker agrees with this opinion, although she is completing the Operative Track. “For the first three months of the program I’ve collected all the theoretical knowledge that has been provided to me through experienced experts and lecturers that I for sure will be needing in the future as a stable manager.” She added: “The program is challenging, educational and mostly fun. It’s filled with interesting insights into some of the most prestigious and world class stables.”
Whether you are just starting out or have been working in stable management for years, the Equestrian Stable Management Program brings additional value to everyone. Ann-Gael Verschoore already works as Henrik von Eckermann’s and Janika Sprunger’s office manager, but is currently continuing her education in the Executive Track. She said: “ESM gives you a good inside how every departement of stable management works. It provides me with a good theoretical substantiation behind the practical for my daily business.” Her conclusion is therefore very clear: “Finally a good education for the Equestrian world!”
