Attending the program has been an immensely rewarding experience. Kicking off the course with an on-site event at the prestigious CHIO Aachen venue has set a fantastic tone for the following sessions. Delving into the topics of finance and bookkeeping was particularly significant for me. The lecturers took the time to respond to all questions thoroughly going above and beyond by consulting with other experts to provide the most comprehensive answers. Overall, the program is an excellent resource, equipping me with the knowledge and skills to fine-tune our existing systems and enhance our stable’s operations.

I am really very positively surprised at what great experts we have in the lectures – it’s really fun to get all this exciting knowledge. I really think that more attention should be paid to the program. Especially because of the many new contacts we made, which you wouldn’t get to without previous experience. The Equestrian Stable Management program gives you a good inside how every department of stable management works!  A good theoretical substantiation behind the practical for my daily business! Finally a good education for the Equestrian world.

For the first three months of the program I’ve collected all the theoretical knowledge that has been provided to me through experienced experts and lecturers that I for sure will be needing in the future as a stable manager. The program is challenging, educational and mostly fun. It’s filled with interesting insights into some of the most prestigious and world class stables.

It is important that we train young people to make the right choice when selecting trucks, aircraft, and equipment. Like that we take equestrian sport, including welfare, to a higher level.

As I have a horse background myself, this course is not only great to teach from an academic perspective but enables me to meet interesting people from the field myself.

RWTH and CHIO are leaders in their respective fields. It is something special that such a high-quality cooperation has come about, and it is a pleasure to work with people at such a high level. Of course, the participants in the program also benefit from this expertise.

The programs comprehensive approach encompasses various disciplines essential to the role of a stable manager.

The participants learned to realize how their daily business work reflects into their company numbers. Translating bookkeeping into the horse world, that was the key to motivate the participants!

There were very interactive sessions in which the participants also asked their own practical questions, so that the practical relevance of the contents got even greater.  Above all, this led to the participants having well-founded discussions with each other, which promoted both team spirit and professional expertise.

What I particularly appreciate about the program is its comprehensive approach to equestrian stable management, combining practical skills with specialized marketing knowledge. This holistic curriculum ensures that participants are well-rounded professionals, ready to excel and innovate in the equestrian industry.

I want to motivate more riders, grooms and owners to train correct in function of the welfare of the horse. A correctly trained horse is more loadable, healthier and happier. Injury prevention is the key aspect in the future of equestrian sport.
